By purchasing or using Tee Sniper you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Tee Sniper is

Tee Sniper is a browser extension that automates interactions on golf-course booking websites — clicking, waiting, and form navigation — inside a browsing session that you are logged in to. It does not access any account, system, or network except the pages you open in your own browser.

2. Your account, your responsibility

  1. You use Tee Sniper only with accounts you are authorized to use, and only on booking systems whose terms of use permit you to do so. Automated booking may conflict with your golf course's or platform's terms of service; courses may suspend accounts for violations. That risk is yours.
  2. You are responsible for every booking made through your account, including cancellation deadlines, no-show fees, and advance-booking charges imposed by your course.
  3. Tee Sniper completes only bookings where the amount due at booking time is zero, but your course's own fees and penalties always apply to anything you book.

3. License

  1. A pass is a 24-hour license to use the extension, activated by a unique code, valid on one browser installation at a time.
  2. Activation codes may not be shared, resold, or published. Codes found circulating publicly will be deactivated without refund.
  3. The extension is provided as-is. We may release updates; continued use after an update means acceptance of these terms as then posted.

4. Acceptable use

  1. Don't use Tee Sniper for anything unlawful, to disrupt booking systems, or to book tee times you intend to resell.
  2. Don't attempt to extract, decompile, or redistribute the extension or its license system.

5. Payments & refunds

  1. Passes are priced in CAD. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Bitcoin payments by our Lightning payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
  2. Refund policy: full refund before first use of the pass; after the pass has been used to arm the extension, all sales are final. See the Refund Policy page.
  3. Payment disputes filed with your bank instead of a refund request may result in deactivation of your activation code.

6. Warranty & liability

  1. Tee Sniper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tee times are scarce and competitive; we do not guarantee you will obtain any particular tee time.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in the 30 days before the claim.
  3. We are not responsible for course-imposed fees, suspensions, or denied bookings.

7. Privacy

The extension stores your settings and activation code locally in your browser and contacts our license server only to validate your pass. We don't collect your golf login, payment details, or browsing history.
